My wife and I decided it would be a good idea to build a house. We had worked with Kathleen on a couple of other deals but weren't sure if we needed a Realtor if we were working with a Builder. We decided to work with Kathleen again because she is someone we could trust. That was the best decision we could have made. She was the one in throughout the building process that was looking out for our best interests. We had issues with our lender, issues with the builder and she helped get every issue resolved! Without her help we would not have been able to get the house.
